<p class="rteBlock">This is where we obtain your project brief, whether its for a large multi-residential development or a single back-yard addition. We offer initial estimates on modular suitability, pricing and timing.</p>

<p class="rteBlock">If it’s as simple as selecting one of our pre-designed pods, then minor amendments are made to suit the site and climate. If it’s a custom module, this is where we explore the design from your established brief. We receive engineered advice on best practices for each climate, best designs for each wind zones and each sites differing characteristics. In this stage we can also offer initial design consultation to assist with any local planning approvals if required. </p><br>

<p class="rteBlock">This is where you will receive our proposal based off your project along with a contractual agreement to deliver the works.</p><br>
Construction & Certification

<p class="rteBlock">The final stage entails most of the work where we manufacture the module and can also provide delivery and on-site installation services. We can facilitate and coordinate with other construction or civil groups to assist in the delivery of your project. All of our projects come with the full suite of required forms and certificates. </p>
